A couple of weeks ago, when we had one of our first big frosts on the ground in the morning, Rachel woke up very excited. She wanted to go outside before the big girls went to school. She ran outside with her new umbrella, not sure why, and looked at the ground and said, "Hey mom, God put frosting on the grass".

I thought to myself, did she really say frosting? And then she reaches down and tried to taste it. I was cracking up!

I love it - frosting! SO sweet! My girls kept saying it snowed.
what great photos, kel! just gorgeous. rachel is so imaginative and sweet...love, love the frosting comment - something i'm sure you'll cherish the rest of your life as you awake to see the first frost.
Love Rae's photo- and that comment about the frosting is precious and dear (you need to write that one down)...God is so sweet, isn't He? Even putting frosting on this beautiful earth He gave us.
